The problem

Agency delivery is a different discipline from single-client SEO. The constraint is not one campaign but a sustained monthly output across clients who rotate in and out, in sectors that share nothing with each other — and the output cannot dip in the month a new client lands.

What I did

As part of a UK agency delivery team I ran link building and digital PR for around three concurrent campaigns at a time, rotating across travel, eCommerce, and finance. Pure editorial links only: no paid placements, at any point, for any client.

The result

A sustained target of 10 to 15 editorial links a month across the rotating clients, with placements ranging from DR 36 to DR 89. A sample of the placements I personally earned:

eCommerce — jewelleryUniversity .edu resource pageDR 89
Online travelUniversity .it resource pageDR 81

Travel eCommerce Finance Editorial only Digital PR
How these numbers are counted The links shown are a sample I personally placed, all earned editorially with no paid placements. Clients anonymised under NDA; sectors kept at a broad category level.
